My freshwater tank coral just got these all over them. How to get rid of them?

Did a d 4-% water change today and cleaned the glass and sand. Going to try nerite snails. They love to eat that stuff.

Did a 45% water change last Friday. Did a little one today. I bought 4 nerite snails and they seem to be enjoying eating this stuff.
